  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

    • Other Regions / Rural Areas: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight and location (or insert a flat rate here, e.g., Rs. 200).

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier logistics or weather conditions.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience. You can pay the courier agent in cash at the time of delivery. We also accept pre-payments if arranged prior to dispatch.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Issues

Toy Bank.pk is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp with photos of the package so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
